Yep. It was something that was kind of a controversy in Congress -- a way to legislate our morals.
I don't remember the exact outcome, but I think all of the TV receivers built past a certain date had to have V Chip technology.
On the list, remember that all of the groups who come out with these lists have their own agendas -- whether they be Christian (or another religion), commercial, liberal, conservative or whatever.
You have to keep that in mind when you either agree or are outraged.
To me, they're a waste of time.
