Glad to see you got your badge! As for it being late, that could be at the hands of many. A few places to look:
1. When were the papers sent in (by your President)?
2. Was the bill paid with the order (I don't know if they'll process the badge order if it's not paid in full).
3. How long did General HQ sit on it?
4. How long did Burr, Patterson, Auld sit on it?
I know ours were always late, because my chapter had a rule that "if you pledge class has outstanding dues to the chapter, we don't order your badges".....
As for the shingle, I'd guess the same above applies.....but, start with your Pres. first, then go to 800-800-BETA next.
