Congratulations, Jestor!

In regards to your question, I can't obviously answer for fraternities in general, but my sorority allowed us to wear "stiched" letters and the full Greek letters from the moment we became new members. One of the best people to ask would probably be your new member ("pledge") educator...any other help here, guys?
