If you are one of these people who just want to take advantage, you are going right to hell in an hand basket.


Dear coworkers: when you have a weird client with a weird situation, please let me know BEFORE you leave for vacation.

and another Dear Clients:
I HAVE 30 DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR CASE. PLEASE DO NOT RUSH ME. DO NOT CALL HERE EVERY DAY TO GET AN UPDATE. I WILL CALL YOU WHEN YOUR CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED AND NOT BEFORE. NO I CANNOT RUSH THE CASE READER, SHE'S PROTECTING YOUR BUTT B/C IF I OVERISSUE BENEFITS GUESS WHO'LL HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK!!!!!! ARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!

Dear Clients, pt. 2:
yes, I am new. Please stop trying to pull one over on me because I am. All that does is hold up YOUR benefits. I am working hard for my paycheck, and I am not paying $17 a month in rent. I see why people burn out quickly at this job. The very same people we are trying to help try every trick in the book to get over, and the people who genuinely need help get screwed because of it.

to DBS: Honey, I know she broke your heart. I know you are hurt and I TRULY do feel your pain. But, life does go on. If you want to wallow in hurt and pity, dont expect me to do it with you. I will support you as long as you need it. You need to see the light. Your son needs his daddy. I want my friend back. Besides, KARMA is a BEAST!!
