A lot depends on the Executive Director and The People who are put into Place for Polocies of What, When, and Why for expansion and Keeping Chapters.
Granted, Most of Us do not know about the workings of each individual National GLOs Programs, but there are a very few of us on GC who do Keep in Contact with other National Hqs.
I will not or ever can speak of thier Polocies of thier GLOs and is not My Place or any others.
While I work with Mine in a small way, I do keep in touch with some others.
