You risk the potential of an a#$ whipping if you are caught. I can't count the number of times that I have heard of brothers beating down someone who perps. It is bennificial to your health and well being not to do so.
Guys are a lot more hot headed about this, and it usually ends in the perp getting hurt. Not that I condone this type of action, and of course Good Kappa Men everywhere would simply send this person on thier way with a warning. LOL. But it does happen more than you think.
