What occurs doing a pledge process should be symbolic to the specific organization. Therefore by telling what goes on, one is probably spilling secrets about the organization that only members should know. Furthermore by asking for advice and ideas from other organizations you're basically saying that your process has little symbolism and you're just looking for stuff to do.
