Recs are always better from women who actually know you personally, or know your family.
Exactly...ask your former teachers, people you babysat for, people you worked for, neighbors...the list goes on. Even if they aren't Greek themselves, they may be friends/in touch with someone who is (this is especially true since Facebook).
