I agree with you to an extent, and I'm certainly not saying your thoughts are wrong, because they're not. But for me, I feel that "routinely getting wasted" is the domain of an idiot, regardless of age (to me). As far as it being cool "5 years ago" or however many years ago is concerned, that really doesn't tell me anything, because it never has been cool, to me, and it still isn't. I don't care how old the person is. I wouldn't say they irritate me because I don't and won't go around them. I can't be irritated by a fool if I'm not around one. Again, I agree with you, I just don't think it has anything to do with age. A drunk is a drunk, and a fool is a fool, to me.

That's fine, I just don't take things so seriously. It was fun to be 18 and doing all the things we couldn't get away with in high school. Wouldn't trade it for the world, just wouldn't repeat it, either.
