They have an active chapter in the town that's about 30 miles away. They said there was talk of forming a chapter where I live but nothing was set in concrete. Thank you for answering one of the main questions in my mind which was how many women it takes to start a club. At this point in time there are only two of us so we'll have to see what other options are available to us. Thank you so much for the information. Too bad I don't live in Philly! lol
