If your friend cannot step up to the plate and ask the questions for herself, she is unworthy of membership.
If you friend attends a community college or an online-type of college, she cannot join.
If she calls and emails and has not received a response, that ought to tell her that her methods have failed and the policies are unchanged and it is not because she cannot have her way.
Just because she finds it unfair does not mean the organization must change--how is this a democracy?
That is why we have an exclusive membership.
Too bad, we are not that much into her...
