If you read all of this you shouldn't *really* have anymore questions. LOL. UGA recruitment is pretty competitive, so it's important to get your recommendations, have excellent grades, and be involved in school. You're a HS senior so you have a whole year to work on this so enjoy senior year! Good luck!
