If you visited the KD website and the Wikipedia page, then you should know the answer to # 1.
# 2 & 3 cannot and should not be answered by any sorority member, esp. on a random message board. (I agree w/ the previous posters who said go ask a KD on your campus.) Though the answers are probably on the KD HQ website. And at least you'll get an OFFICIAL word, rather than from some random Kappa Delta (like me).
