What many dont seem to realize is (LOCATION< LOCATION< LOCATION) and if there is space to have, and how many people are trying to get into that space!
1400 sq. duplex with family room with fireplace, one car garage, two bed room, 1-1/2 baths.
Cost Me nothing, My Tenets pay the payment and they have a 3 bed room with all of the above.
Will Rogers once said, "buy land, they dont make it anymore!".
I beleived and My ex got all of the land, house, ETC and I got the shaft or castoffs!
Ah Well, She Aint Here any More!!!!
