Do what I do for extra money: work manual labor for a staffing service. If nothing else, it will take care of lunch and gas money, and you can work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. If you don't mind working around the clock (so to speak) and can use the $$, you can make a nice little hunk of change on the side.
Depending on the staffing company, you can make as little as $5.50/hr up to $15/hr. (or more). If you establish a good reputation with the company's clients, you can pretty much pick and choose the assignments and shifts you want to work. I knew a woman who was an ordained minister who worked with the same labor staffing service for
10 YEARS!!
