It depends on if you want a jeweled pin or just an enamel pin. We have a jeweled badge (which we get from Masters of Design) and an alternate badge which is enamel.
Jeweled badges cost a pretty penny and you may have to pay an additional fee for MoD to create the mold.
Your best bet may be to go for an enamel pin. Check out pincrafters.com, the are good for custom orders and the sales people are very friendly and helpful.
