I didn't make resolutions I made "Things I Would Like to do before the year is out". It's a long list but it's exciting. Like: learn how to swim, complete my Spanish in 10 minutes a day book, learn how to cook a new dish, etc.

I have so many....
...and usually I make none.
#1 Stop being trifling. ( I know this sounds bad, but it has to do with things like taking my health more seriously, and putting a freeze to justifying taking the easy way out)
#2 Be more agressive in defending myself. (Often, I will try to diffuse situations with humor, or attempt to ignore would be instigators, but I need to just start calling people on their crap.)
#3 Fix or end relationships that don't work. ( I am learning a lot of new stuff about relationships right now; it's time to put that knowledge to work.)
Another question. This thread begin in 2000, looking back--those of you who posted so long ago--did you keep those resolutions?

My main resolution for 2006 is to eat healthier and to start exercising. Even though I fully qualify as a "stick figure" I am SO out of shape and I want to be able to feel as healthy as I look.

1. Put God first in EVERYTHING I do (and not just with those things that I think are important to me).
2. Continue to be an encouragement to others.
3. Eat healthier.
4. Exercise more.
5. Save more $$$$ (I want to have both an emeregency stash in addition to my savings account)
6. Relax more.
