Jackie Stutts confessed to bringing 12 pairs of shoes one time!

I've packed 6 pairs and am wearing one pair. (That includes flip flops for the pool!)

Don't forget.. indoor pool in the hotel!

I tied for the most shoes at convention at 15 pairs (not including flip flops). It was totally unintentional but I had no reason to limit myself since I was driving.

Do the shoes have to be as close to the dress in colour as possible? My dress is white, but my shoes are more cream. How bad is that? I wear a 5 so it isn't always possible to buy shoes last minute.

This will probably be my last post before I leave. I'm taking the crackhead laptop with me so I'll be updating with pix as much as I can.

Anyway, flight leaves Honolulu at 4:25 this afternoon. See ya'll soon!

I can't believe tomorrow is THE day!!!!

ohhh and i have to share my great deal. There are 6 (me and 6 collegiates) of us on the same flight tomorrow morning. We were going to take the train in from Midway--but with so many suitcases, etc. I called and checked on the shuttle-- but also called the hotel to get a number to a limo company.

I called the limo company--for a regular limo it will average out to $20 a person. I happened to get the director of sales, she upgraded us to a "super stretch limo" and left notes for the driver to take us on the scenic tour to the hotel. We will get the trip down Lake Shore Dr and then onto Michigan Ave--and see all the city highlights along the way!!!

Yeah!!!!!

I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank all those who were involved in planning and executing a fantastic Convention! International Council, IHQ, VST and many other volunteers worked very hard to make Convention what it was - FANTASTIC!

Personally, I loved the hotel, the food, the programs and everything else about my 6 days in Chicago! I especially loved being so closely involved in our Centennial Convention. It was a great place to reunite with sisters that I had not seen in a couple of years and of course to meet new sisters.

I cannot wait until 2006 in California! Thank you again Alpha Gam for another great event and I look forward to many more.
