Hotep Brothers. My dearest Rudey I humbly seek to gain clarity on what a "peopole" is. Please correct me, but I do believe you to have made mention of something which was spelled as such. Secondly, I shall ask that you perhaps seek out Ada S. McKinley Educational Services located near the campus of the Illinois Institute of Technology on the Southside of the city of Chicago. I am certain they can refer you to one of the various city colleges with the goal of having you to eventually become proficient at reading and comprehension. Do not be ashamed, for you are perhaps a graduate of a Chicago Public High School. I too graduated high school by way of Dunbar Vocational High School. Nevertheless, I did manage to pay attention and take ample notes when I was placed in various English Comprehension classes upon my enrolling in college. I suggest you look into auditing a basic 025 English course providing you can place into such. Lastly, a QMHP is an acronym for Qualified Mental Health Professional. Best wishes.
