They sing both. It's "O.K Blue Jays" immediately followed by "Take Me Out to the Ballgame".

On the radio this morning, I heard his rendition of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame." Did anyone notice that because of his lisp/accent, it sounded like he said, "Buy me some PENIS and crackerjack"? They could not stop making fun of that on the morning show I was listening to.
