Deep moral dilemma...
OK, I tried "Glow" by J Lo on, and I love the way it smells. Plus it lasts.
But I really, really, really hate the thought of putting any more $$$ into Jenny From The Block's substantial back pocket.
What to do, what to do???

I was just going to say. Have sex with whoever it is already! My signature advice for any occasion, situation, or new person in your life.
Bite the frigging bullet and pay for the good stuff already. Would you buy bar alcohol versus the top shelf stuff while drinking?

Unless you have a moral opposition to JLo, I say go for it. No matter which perfume you buy SOMEONE is getting rich off of it. Does it matter who it is -- Elizabeth Taylor, Calvin Klein, JLo...
Unless you make your own scent someone's making the $$ off of you. Now, if you oppose JLo for her lifestyle or whatever, that's another story. If so, give your business to someone else.

Yeah no doubt that you not buying ONE bottle of her perfume isn't going to hurt her income. Just buy it!

OMG, I had a similar problem. I was looking at sunglasses the other day and found a pair that looked fabulous.. and they were J.Lo glasses. I just ran away from them, but I keep thinking about them because they looked *so* good on me!
I mean, the last J.Lo movie I saw was "Out of Sight", and I'm actually thinking of boycotting a Kevin Smith movie just because she's in it!

Dang y'all, lol. What is really so bad about J. Lo? I don't think she is that bad. To me she is probably one of the more beautiful people of our generation.

I don't know what Stan meant by that but I say just find another perfurme that smells smiliar. Figure out what notes Glow has in it (freesia, gardenia, whatev) and find it in another perfume.

I am a huge JLo fan and I love her items although I do think it is a little on the spendy side. Thats why I get her items from places that sell it for a reasonable price. BTW I saw that South Park last night.

Gordmann's has a good size bottle of it for only $30 and it's not imposter either.

Or if you know anyone that's working retail, usually the imitation scent-sellers are by at least once a week with their duffel bag..

No doubt she's attractive, but she bugs the HELL out of me! All that "I'm real" and "Jenny from the (cell)Block" stuff is a bunch of hooie. Honey, deal with the fact that you're in a different tax bracket, are wearing a 10 carat pink diamond ring on your left hand, and can afford to buy your man a Bentley! Stop trying to act like you're still the same "Fly Girl" that you used to be! UGH!
