WINTER RECRUITMENT
So—several schools are beginning recruitment. I know of IU, Ohio State, Vandy, DePauw, Butler and I’m sure there are others.
Any news of numbers registered, when parties are, when preference is, etc??

The only thing I'm relatively sure of is yet another extended family member more than likely joining Kappa Alpha Theta.

I'll be making threads for IU, Baylor, UCS, and maybe Penn State since PSU will have variable quota this year, which could be interesting. I'll be posting dates in the shadokat thread soon.

Per their Fall '24 edition of Triad magazine, the Delta Phi Epsilon colony at Reinhardt University has 7 founding sisters.

Another colonization for Phi Kappa Tau. We are currently recolonizing our Epsilon Eta chapter at SUNY-Oswego.

The Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter at the College of Charleston(SC) has been closed due to RMF violations. The chapter had been founded in 1881.

Kappa Alpha Psi’s chapter was suspended at Indiana University in November due to dishonest conduct, endangering others, physical abuse, and hazing. This was the Alpha chapter.

Are these NPC expansions? I did see Ohio’s grade report from last year and they have 1 chapter very under total while the rest after near or at. UConn and UCSB would be interesting.

UCSB is currently open to fraternity and sorority establishment proposals with the exception of National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) organizations.

Sorry I wasn’t clear. All three schools I listed are open for NPC expansion, including UCSB. I was given the information from a well-informed source.
I believe that the information from the UCSB link means that the campus Panhellenic is following the specific extension process of the NPC, whereas the other organizations will be selected by the FSL office (my understanding).
