GPhiBGirl,
Thank you so much for your kind words about Delta Gamma. I really admire Gamma Phi's philanthropy; they actually have a girls camp not far from Vancouver named Camp Sechelt.
To answer your questions about the Raggedy Ann symbol, DGs call her "Hannah". DGs have a song about Hannah (since 1926) and in the 1950s, Hannah's image sort of evolved into a perky pigtailed blonde, wearing a short skirt and a sailor blouse...then she gradually morphed into a rag doll and eventually DG just used Raggedy Ann. However, Raggedy Ann is copyrighted by HASBRO toys, so now we have a Hannah who sort of looks like Raggedy Ann but isn't, that you can buy through the Anchor Trader. The Anchor Trader also does sell Raggedy Ann dolls too, but DG just can't copyright her, since HASBRO already has done that....
Actually, I just found this thread and thought it was quite funny....

It's about people who are scared of clowns and therefore, the Hannah doll! Poor HANNAH! LOL
