Sioux Falls, South Dakota, police said Joseph Robert Patterson, 27, has been charged with aggravated battery of an infant and aggravated assault. If convicted on the charges, both felonies, Patterson could face up to 40 years in prison and an $80,000 fine.

Where was the child's momma in this? It's HER job to protect her kid. Apparently this coward had been arrested twice for domestic violence. IMO, she should be charged right along with this dude!!!

He's a coward. REAL MEN don't take their hands to women and children.
