Kashi GoLean Crunch, yum!

Has anyone tried Kashi Go Lean Crunch? It's the shiznit, best cereal I had in a while! It lives up to it's reputation...for good energy. Have some before an important meeting, hitting a dance floor, or lovemaking. You won't regret it!

I actually like the Crisp! better than Crunch.




My current favorite is Krave, though. Only 120 cals/serving and it has a good bit of fiber. I find it gets soggy in milk, though, so I'd rather add either a tablespoon of marscapone or some Greek yogurt rather than milk.

I was just reading something about the Kashi brand. Apparently, people are angry because they found out it wasn't as natural as they thought? Something along those lines. Is it owned by Kellogs? I'm trying to remember now what I read.

Yeah, apparently they use genetically modified soy...just like 90% of all cereals.

People are getting angry for other reasons.

It doesn't give you awesome energy, it gives you horrific flatulence! OMG OMG like 30-35 episodes a day.

I FARTED SO HARD/OFTEN THAT IT CREATED A SMALL TEAR IN MY ASSHOLE!!!

Everytime someone makes this complaint about the cereal on the website, Kashi deletes it!

It's the same deal with Fiber One bars, or as we call them, "Farter One" bars. Even the sample lady at the grocery store agreed with this.
