Whew! I had forgotten about those all-nighters right before bid day! 
We have 224 beautiful new DGs at the University of Alabama  ...16 thrilled DG moms-aunts-sisters-grandmothers-cousins ...girls from the big Alabama cities and the little bitty cities...girls from Georgia, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, North Carolina, Oregon, Louisiana and more...some who were released from formal, some who released themselves, some who had never rushed before, some who pledged a different sorority - in other words, a pretty normal chapter makeup.

I heard over 500 interviewed, but I don't know an exact number as I am not in Tuscaloosa helping (though I wish I was!).

It was such a thrill to be there and sing Dream Girl to our new members! I truly did not think I would live long enough to see the return of my chapter. Delta Gamma - for hope, for strength, for life.

That's wonderful Titchou. I would love to see a video of that serenade. It's been years since I have heard Dream Girl. I'm so happy for all the Beta Psi alums.
