Going through rush as a sophomore, resume advice?

Okay,
I am going through rush as a sophomore in the fall and have a few questions about my resume.

1. Should I include my high school activities/gpa/statistics? Having only been in college one year I have been very active but on my resume it does not look like a ton, because I have only been there a year. Should I include all of my high school stuff as well?

2. Is there a standard template I should use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes, you should include all your high school information, as well as college, on your application and resume.
