Wow this thread took a lane swerve big shocker

I just wanted to thank whoever posted about Cupcake. I saw it while shopping the other day and picked up a bottle of the Merlot, had it last night and really enjoyed it!

It is the sulfites. The only thing I can drink more than an ounce of is malbecs. Im having a hard time with cabs and blends.

I find if I take an antihistamine before/after drinking red wine, I don't get as many headaches. Sulfites get to a lot of people...that's what makes some people's cheeks and noses turn red when they drink red wine.

Who needs a Dr. when you have google...right? lol

I get chronic migranes anyway, every morning I eat a spoon full of minced garlic and it keeps the migranes at bay because my body is so immune to any sort of hearache reliever. Its strange that it just happened all of a sudden.

I get migraines, too. The only thing that works for me is sumatriptan.

Bump! Because I'm going to Taste Washington on Sunday, a foodie's dream event with more than 200 of our state's wineries and 60 fine restaurants. All the samples one can drink and eat: http://tastewashington.org/wp-conten...EventGuide.pdf
