I usually reorganize what I want to say before I type to clearly get my point across. Sorry if it was a bit confusing
Mr. Np is cooking pizza and watching the movie. Ledger is the only reason he came back in the room.

Michael Keaton's mother was one of our clients, and of course, he paid for her care. We used to refer to it as "the Bat Check".
I don't know who I would suggest, but it's not Christian Bale. Who might do well would be Jonathon Rhys-Meyer.

I can't see him bulking up enough honeychile. Bale actually had to slim down he'd bulked up too much for the role. He's one of those 'get really into his role actors.'

According to Michael Keaton, the Batsuit is very padded & sculpted to begin with. I forget how many pounds he lost while wearing it.
But you may have a point - Rhys-Meyer certainly didn't bulk up for The Tudors.

Rhys Meyer can take more clothes off like he did during The Tudors too
But the suit's evolved a LOT since Keaton's. He couldn't turn his head. Bale shows off the goods in the movie too

Mr. NP says:
Bale is horrid awful. Bad to the 12th power. Makes me want to Bat-shoot myself. UGH.
Everyone else in the film carried the movie.
Val was the worst Batman closely followed by Clooney, then Bale. Not as bad as he could have been, and not as bad as Kilmer but he needs to get rid of the voice.
This is direct quote.
Clearly, Mr. NP has been traumatized.

Mr. NP was apparently missing a few screws prior to watching the movie. Also he may or may not have a man-crush on Keaton/West. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

No man-crush. He almost fell asleep during movie. Twice. Ah, he's just not a Bale fan. Personally, I agree that Bale sucked. Some of my reasons are as follows:
1. The voice sucked.
2. He moved too slow.
3. He couldn't save a bad script.
4. The motorcycle flip was stupid.
I laughed though out the film. The Joker was funny. I liked him. BW/BM's lines were awful. I'd never seen this film and now I remember why. Ugh. We are now watching V for Vendetta.

late to the hunt, but i loved christian bale-in my book he had the right amount of angst, having been traumatized as a child, by witnessing his parents murders.
if i can't have christian, i propose that yummy man from the great old spice commercials.
