Volume Licensing for Adobe Products

Has anyone dealt with this before? I am really, really annoyed with CDW right now because they led me to believe I was purchasing volume licenses.

Even one of the adobe emails I was sent says

You are receiving this message because your recent Adobe
volume licensing TLP order ********* has been processed.Please
visit the Licensing Web Site (LWS) to collect your Serial Numbers.

But the guy is playing dumb like he doesn't know that's EXACTLY what we talked about!

UGH!

Any insight would be helpful.

I think my wife dealt with this. She purchased In Design (sp?) for her newspaper program with a grant she got from some high school journalism foundation. I don't remember her having too many issues.
