I like to caution people against discussing these types of chapter issues online. They are just better dealt with within your sorority.
As an individual member, the best thing you can do is not perpetuate this behavior. If a sister comes to you talking badly about another girl, suggest that she go DIRECTLY to that person instead of going to you and talking about that girl behind her back.
Ignore bitchy comments about other girls too. Don't give them an audience and it may stop.
