Try Isagenix

Hello Ladies,

I have to say that it is about a lifestyle change. If you are serious about losing weight, but even more serious about maintaining it I would suggest the product that I use. My mother is who first turned me on to it. I went home to see her Christmas 2005 and she was small! I was like umm what did you do? I started the day after Christmas 2005 and by February of 2006 I was 40-45 pounds lighter. I haven't gained even when I have weeks where I do not stick to eating well as much. It is a cleansing program to help you get the weight off and once you do that you just do the maintenance program or cleanse once a month. I was a 11/12 now I am a 6/8 (well if you don't count the breast...lol) My goal is to be a solid 6 maybe grab a 4 every now and then, by Boule! Its beyond possible with this program.

Don't be alarmed at the price! Do the math we spend more than that on eating out and replacing clothes we can't fit anymore.

Bye and Good Luck on your weight loss!

This is the beginning of my 3rd week on WW and I am happy to report I have lost another 3 pounds!!! (Total 9 pounds so far!!!!)

To reward myself for the first 5 pounds I bought a pink MP3 player.

I'm down 5lbs and I'm still working out five days a week -- an hour of cardio and thirty minutes of strength training. It's coming off slowly but I feel so much better. I'm going to do a cleansing like AKAnka suggested though.

Ok, I bought a sleep set today for my reward; the top is green with a pink sequined heart and the bottoms have pink and green hearts- I couldn't past em' up. The saleslady said "are you an aka?" I said " 24/7"

That's cute.

I'm working out, not eating right this week. I'm extremely emotional this week, so I've been eating comfort food. This ish is hard!

it takes a lifetime to remove the build up..it takes one day at a time..a couple of steps forward and even some backwards..to get it done!

I need to continue to remind myself this..and not use it as an excuse!
