I'm going to be like a preacher on this and break it down for ya!

Ever since she attended rush in Fall of 07, she haven't heard anything back from them(hence, therefore, you were not accepted)

It's 2008! Of course you were not accepted. You were lacking something-I don't know and I cannot say, but of course right now you are looking like a hot mess on this one.
