Transfer

If someone joined a local sorority and then they transfered, are the eligble to rush again, and if so does it hurt them or help them.

Why would anyone do this? (drop her sorority for another one after transferring?) I didn't think that membership in a local is limited to one's time on a particular campus (at least not for the locals I know of).

I wouldn't think that recruitment registration forms even ask if a PNM is a member of a local. You can't join 2 NPCs and you can't join an NPC and an NPHC. Members could see it either way, that you are looking for sisterhood at your new school since the local is not available, or that you are being disloyal to your GLO for wanting to join another.

^^ what she said

It really is all a matter of perspective and maybe the campus climate.
