you know what, i have relatives who practiced voodoo 2 generations back and attempted to pass the skill along, but everyone was too scared to learn it!

i also have an unwelcomed knack for predicting family members deaths. i do not enjoy it, i do not want this "gift" as my grandma puts it. it has haunted me since i was a child...

wow, that's crazy, but cool though ! I know, I wish that the practices were passed along, but instead my family got crazy religious... go figure

I can imagine that it would haunt you, not something you would exactly like to know (have you ever seen that show, dead like me? it's on cinemax i believe? you should watch it)
I can feel spririts, get feelings/thoughts from objects, I'm very intuitive (i can't exactly read ppls minds, but sort of...?), I know who's on the phone when it rings before i look at the caller id (doesn't really work with cell phones tho...), I also get visions from time to time, but I haven't learned to control them, i get so freaked out because I know what's going to happen that I try avoid it and change things... not the smartest thing...

Here are some of mine:

• I played soccer from the ages of 6-8, and I used to sprain my ankle EVERY game and EVERY practice.
  
• My mom was gonna name me Naomi, but then she realized that my full name (Naomi ______ ______) was too biblical (3 biblical names) so she named me Vanessa.
  
• I'm actually 1/2 Mexican, and 1/2 something else, but since I don't know my biological father I don't consider his 1/2. So I just say i'm Mexican.
  
• on that note, I'm the only one (that i'm aware of) in my family that DOESN'T know their father.
  
• I was in Who's Who of American High School students in 2002.
  
• I always wanted to live in the house from Full House (i'm still determined to see if i can find it)
  
• I can say the U.S. Pledge of Allegiance in Spanish
  
• I can play the piano, flute, oboe, clarinet and trumpet
  
• I'm going on 12 years of dancing Ballet Folklorico
  
• I SHOULD have been voted "Dirtiest Mind" in high school (but i lost to a good friend of mine)
  
• I received a marriage proposal when I was 16. (but i didnt really know the dude and he creeped me out....ps he said he had a 15 in. pee-pee lol)
  
• I am 14 years younger than my brother
  
• I was 16 when i first went to Disneyland.

- My mom is great at math I suck at math, but I write a lot of poetry

- I have a very unique last name, which most people spell wrong by add one too many s'es
- SBX.... I know some of your frustration as I have something of that gift too. Under certain conditions, I also have premonitions, one which did keep a friend of mine from being possibly killed by her boyfriend.....long story.
- outside of every other place I have been in the US, I have been blessed enough to visit at least once, every state on the east coast.
- I have been told I have a bad habit of remembering a lot of past things but sometimes just as absent minded about present day things...LOL
- No kids, no arrest record and degree (good for an almost 38 year old dude...LOL)
- When I was 26, I owned 2 Burmese pythons 8 and 6 feet, 1 Red Tailed boa, 1 4ft Ball python, 2 Green Iguanas 4 and 6 feet, an Oscar, and one cat.

Interesting stuff about me:

-I was never potty trained. I looked at my mom one day and told her that I didn't want to wear diapers anymore. She told me that if I quit wearing diapers I couldn't pee in my pants. I told her I wouldn't and I never did.
-I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE pigs. I've been collecting them ever since I was a young child. Last year, my first tattoo--flying pig on my ankle.
-I am also obsessed with Rosie the Riveter. I started collecting that stuff in 11th grade.
-I was on the cover of the local newspaper 6 times as a kid for different stuff I did.
-I am obsessed with flip flops because I couldn't wear them until a few years ago due to a medical condition.
-I got my first kiss on my 15th birthday after a tractor pull.
-I've never met my half sister. I know that her name is Lisa.
-I've been to Canada, London, Paris, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.

lol you are an anomaly my friend. I never crawled. I just started walking one day. and my first words were "help me" because I pulled myself on to my parent's hugeee desk with a roller chair and then it rolled away and i was hanging on to the pull out side surface things. My mom found me because i started yelling help me!!! lol

awwww!!!! I love pigs, but my best friend's mom was obsessed with them. She passed away 4 years ago, and in her memory I want to get a flying pig tattoo on my back.
