I have seen many deleted, mostly for spamming. Not sure what it takes if your actions aren't enough.
Perhaps you could invite a bunch of folks to leave him some comments?

The same creepy guy from high school that was myspace stalking me & posting pictures of me all over his page is doing it again. I am extremely aggravated by this creep. I've reported his page for the 10th time and all they do is remove my pictures which he promptly puts back up again.
What's creepy is that he has pictures of all these girls from high school (which was 10 years ago) and posts them as all his ex-girlfriends. He even scanned the prom book and the yearbook and his high school diploma on his page. The guy is super freaking creepy.

Sorry to hear that this is happening to you. The best advice that I can give you is to just keep on reporting it. AFAIK, myspace doesn't delete profiles or ban people unless they post nude pictures or the like on their pages.

My chapter sister's roommate met her BF on MySpace 2 years ago. She wasn't looking for love at that time, but she left him a message because he had a Jack Handey quote on his page that she liked. They had online convo for about a month before they finally met in person. She brought me along as a safety that night just in case. He ended up having very cute friends.
They got engaged at Thanksgiving this year.

Would you be able to file a police report about this? I'm not sure what the laws are or if the police would do anything but I can't imagine that what this guy is doing is ok.

Hate to admit it but I am too addicted! I really enjoy the fact that you can keep in touch with so many people even when you may be too busy to sit down and call on a regular basis.
I agree there are some strange folks on there but isn't that anywhere?

The same thing happened to a friend of mine! Crazy how things work out sometimes!

Two MySpace pet peeves:
Friends on your list that believe that it is absolutely fucking necessary to have one united MySpace page with the significant other. Profile includes photos of them and only them (notice how they have no real friends) and features his and hers About Me paragraphs. Grow a fucking identity.
Friends who spend all day filling out useless surveys to the point where my inbox is clogged with questions like "what did you eat for breakfast this morning?" and "how well do you know your #1 in your Top 4/8/16/20/24?". They're a waste of your time and a waste of my fucking bulletin space. THANKS AND FIND SOMETHING BETTER TO DO.

Add to that people who choose to make a blog/bulletin documenting their every move. So you fed your cat today. Mazal Tov. Do you really feel the need to put that in a blog so all of your friends can know it?

I agree. There's a couple from my high school that have a united page. They detail the chronicles of their life in their blogs and have sappy pictures of themselves all over the page. I just don't get why couples have to do EVERYTHING together including having the same MySpace page. It's MySpace, not UsSpace. Be independent enough to create your own page. For the record, I have my own page. My fiance does not have a page because he calls it GaySpace. Whatever.

I hate it when my friends don't log on to MySpace for days...and they don't know that their login info's been phished. For the past 5 days, I've been getting stupid bulletin postings from my friend Sean's account and it got so annoying that I just ended up deleting him.
Please please be careful when using and putting in codes to pimp your MySpace layout. Make sure that you're not putting in flash codes that steal your visitors' info! Avoid getting your layouts from shady websites because all they do is just leave their links and graphics all over your page.

Haha - my fiance asked me if I wanted to do a joint myspace and I told him he was crazy. Of course - he JUST recently joined myspace - so he doesnt quite "get it" yet....

I'm not a fan of the joint myspaces either. Seriously is it that difficult to create your own account? And what happens if the wonder couple breaks up and they have to *gasp* get their own pages, I bet that's torture.
I'm also not a fan of getting random messages from creepy guys like this one:
"how ya doing..... i was just on here looking around for friends and seen your profile and i thought maybe we could chat somtime maybe...... i am married but my wife does know i am on here just so u know..... so drop me a line if u would like to maybe we can get to know each other
talk to u soon i hope"
