Don't dye all your hair blonde. You'll look washed out. I naturally have light brown/dark blonde hair and I add some highlights to it during the summer. I don't have the guts to dye it completely blonde. Currently, I'm light brown again since it's the winter.
I bleached my hair when I was in high school, to a platinum blonde. It seemed to be the thing to do at the time, but being a redhead, there was always someone commenting on the red roots. Every now & again, I have some blonde to strawberry blonde streaks put in, but I'd never go back to the full tilt blonde.
