HC I am the only guidance counselor for a school of 800+ students
HC The principal refers all disciplinary forms to me or the assistant principal
HC He won't take responsibility for them himself
HC I think he is scared of these parents
HC He is ALL talk and no action
HC The assistant principal and I handle everything at this school
HC We both are two black women (DELTAS, of course!)
HC We have more balls than he does
HC His favorite phrase has something to do with him running this school
HC These kids are badder than bad
HC, HC, HC?????????????

HC discipline isn't supposed to be handled by guidance counselors?
HC there should be at least 3 guidance counselors in a school that size?

HC I understand that in the area that I live, there's talk of hiring additional counselors because of a shortage?

HC hi everybody!!
HC I know I've been away for a while?
HC being a child abuse investigator wore me out?
HC now I work in economic self-sufficiency?
HC now I take calls from government gozzlers all day long?
HC I forgot who posted something about government gozzlers a while back, but it was funny?
HC no more driving around?
HC no more knocking on people's doors all day long?
HC no more cell phone, pager, and being on call nights, weekends, and holidays?
HC just straight 8-5?
HC no clients that I have to physically see?
HC just get on the phone and take calls?
HC the GG's make me sometimes but they do provide lots of entertainment?

HC sometimes people are so stupid it takes my breath away
HC I really hate one of my coworkers
HC she is mean and way too convinced that she's a good writer
HC I ain't tryin to front like I'm Hemmingway or something, but I can write. Really well.
HC she made some changes to something I wrote for the annual fund that I didn't see
HC I caught them before sending it to the printer
HC the changes were SO BAD it literally took my breath away.
HC WOW when I noticed them I nearly hyperventilated
HC she needs to shut it and not put her oar in- it ain't appreciated.
HC no really, they were THAT BAD.
HC they were so bad I had to take two days off
HC I came home to fix it and just looked at it for two days trying to figure out what the hayle to do with that mess
HC I am finally done fixing it

HC The counselor was eating it all up lwith her pen and pad, writing the lies down like some rare case study?
HC She and was like "Wow . . really?"
HC When I said she lied like a pro & had folks fooled, nobody believed me in the beginning?
HC Thank God I am blessed to see through folks?
HC The ticket is purchased?
HC I'm counting down the days untill that bad presence is far away from my mom & my home?
HC I plan to go home the weekend she leaves?
HC This was a long time comming?
HC I feel a little bit guilty that after mom got the ticket and I knew it was official my face way like this
HC Am I wrong?

HC more than ever, I realize that many times when we go through things, it's not always "the devil"?
HC sometimes you go through things to help someone else as they go through?
HC it's hard to tell someone how to "hold on, don't let go" if you haven't gone through certain things?
HC if/when you tell God to "use me", you better know what you're saying?

HC I feel vindicated...
HC One of my co-workers (who really doesn't talk to me at all) tried to get lunch paid for by the company for another (who also doesn't talk to me)
HC My manager replied back that it wouldn't be fair to do it for her, because we did NOTHING for a co-worker/friend that left 2 weeks ago
HC I'm like this
HC I wanna stick my tongue out at all of 'em and go NAAAAAAAA!
HC I'm so glad my manager said that because its exactly what I was thinking
HC I can't wait until I find another job
HC These people have mentally drained me
