I crossed those sands on April 29, 1995, through the Iota Omicron chapter at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. I was 4 of 4 (that's right!). Right now, I live in VA, and am inactive, but this too shall be remedied!
Glad to be here, and I'm gonna drop in MUCH more often!!

I was #4 of 19/29--one chapter, one line split between two different campuses of the same University. Confusing I know, but on my campus (SIU Carbondale) I was the 4 and on the other campus (SIU Edwardsville) there was a 4. These things happened back then. LOL
Anyway welcome number.

I have been gone for a long time but guess who's bizaack. I registered on here a long, long time ago and I kind of fell off. I found my way back the other day and I remember why I registered in the first place; there is so much warmth and love radiating* (spelling) on here from my beautiful sorors and the sister friends. So I am pleased to be back; what a Christmas gift. So as a refresher Against All O.D.D.S., 5 of 9, Fall 02, Nu Phi Columbus City-Wide Chapter.

Sorors,
found GC in error, but I am so happy I did! I’ve been reading post for most of the day, and I thought it best I introduce myself before anyone thought I was suspect! I’m not sure if this is the right place to post, considering the most recent post on this thread is dated 2004, but here I Go!
It’s been a long and difficult trip, but I made it! Inducted into our Great Sorority April 30, 2005 (6:30pm) Springfield Decatur Area Alumnae Chapter. Spring 05' "BADERINWA, African Tide" (Swahili for worthy of Respect)

2 AMINA (Swahili for: trustworthy and faithful)
3 NIARA (Swahili for of High Purpose)
4 AKANKEE ( Yoruba for: to meet her is to lover her)
