oh yea heathen here....its was fun.....just as the administration was about to send everyone home.....the lights came back on...YAY
It was alot of areas, but not all....mostly DWP (Dept of Water and Power) and not the entire DWP grid......

I was working & laughing my ass off when my sister calls me on my cell to tell me that the local news were broadcasting about the pandemonium & riots that these things cause in L.A.
