Why did they name that child Navy?

WHAT is up with Nivea's smile? Its just weird to me.

Maybe it is pronounced Goddess Love  But shouldn't the accent in the middle of the name signify something...like a letter is missing or emphasis on the D?

I was just listening to the radio, and it was stated that some music person...didn't hear if it was R&B or Rap, but they want to come out of the closet, but their record company is against it......anyone have an idea of whom this could be?
