I startin rootin for them when we lived in VA and i noticed that Coach K was my dad's long lost twin brother.

I'll have to scan a pic of pops when i'm home this weekend to show y'all.

Kitso

Hey now, everyone knows that this year's IU-UK game was rigged. I mean, they were supposed to win that. Anyone who saw it knows it. As for IU-U of L, well, I told my friends they were going to lose that one. I even skipped out on babysitting to go to that game. And that's something I never do.

As for Arizona Wildcats, where's good old Miles at anyway?

I see in your future: dissappointment, heartache, anger and disgust, low life scums, ignorant fools, domineering cro-magnons and, wait... what is this?? A pompous, untalented, hasbeen a$$hole, with whom you will be loyally devoted for all your life-

OH WAIT A MINUTE! That's just you watching the next Duke game... my bad!

And as for Laettner, that shot was the only reason he has a career, and even then, only because it was against U of K... no one would have cared if it had been, oh, say St. Louis or something.

 | As ashmamed as I am to be admitting this, I used to have the biggest crush on Laettner. But he turned out to be a BIG nobody!!! Yeah, he trashed talked his teammates and everything. (I really hate the NBA!!!) Plus, I really even began to believe the rumors that he was gay. I don't think I have ever seen him with a woman!

But it wasn't because of just that game, if you remember he also hit a last minute shot against Connecticuit that March madness!!

 | Thanks so much!! I knew there was a reason I loved Sigma Nus!!!
Many of the ones here at ODU have adopted me as there "big sis." Where in Virginia did you live? And why aren't you cheering for UVA, besides the fact that they aren't winning many games??

   | We spent about 6 years, in two different periods in Springfield, right by DC, and then about a year and a half in Richmond (When i was REAL young)

I grew up an A&M fan, cuz my dad went here, so during football season i already had my team. As for BB, i rememeber watching the NCAA's around the time of the Laettner shot and bein like, Dang, Duke's pretty good, and wow, Coach K looks like pops!

That, and i love the Cameron Crazies and from all i've heard Duke is a great school.

EDITED to add: Did ya catch the game last night against Maryland?? Awesome!!

			*bump*
Anybody watching basketball tonight? I'm watching my Badgers versus Illinois . . . if we win this game we'll be Big Ten champions! Unfortunately I have papers and a test tomorrow and I'm already taking time off to watch "Sorority Life" at nine . . . I can't afford to get this distracted.

It's almost halftime and we're leading 29-24.

How are everybody else's teams doing?

Bah, Milwaukee has to sweep the Horizon League Championships in order to get a shot. Which more than likely means if they win on Saturday and Butler wins as well, they have to play @ Butler again. If that happens and they lose by two points because of a buzzer-beater I will go on a spree, and it won't be shopping.
But, I'll give it up to Butler, that's one hell of a team.

Screw Marquette, Dwayne who? |

My LSU Lady Tigers finished 2nd in the conference this season. We went 11-3 and are something like 24-3 over all. Now it's on to the SEC tourney. We've got to kick major a$$ to get a number one seed in the big dance.
La Tech went undefeated in the WAC again. Now I'm just hoping that don't choke in the first round of the NCAA tourney like they did last year.

			OKLAHOMA!!
Boomer Sooner! We're going back to the Final Four this year!

(That is...if we can win games away from home. But at home, we're at 37 and counting!)

			GO UCONN
They're not having a great season...but if the cards fall right, they might play the first couple of rounds in Boston, which would be unreal.

			Wisconsin over Illinois by 1!
Was anybody else watching this? It was insane! So good . . .

We're sole winners of the Big Ten for the first time since 1947. I saw all my friends rush the court.

Go Badgers!
