I can't imagine a recruitment with even "just" 750 pnms! Mine only had 150-200 (and that was something like 85% of freshman girls!) and it was still exhausting! I am in awe of the women that put these on!

Generallygreek received her recruitment wardrobe guidelines last week, and I was relieved that she already has everything on the list. Since they're going down to only 3 rounds this winter, first night is Panhellenic T-shirt, and last night is LBD. The second night is still up in the air...hopefully she'll be in the skit and she'll wear a costume! So far, it's easier than the requirements for volunteer alumnae at the chapter I advise!

My thoughts exactly! If we had 150 girls go through rush with me, that was a lot! I was in a pledge class of 12. The following year we had a HUGE pledge class-- 21

Ooh what are some of those fabulous traditions? Or will I just have to wait and experience them for myself?

I know she has posted that her daughter is a sorority member at UGA. I giggle at helicopter parents.

On the contrary she's posted her daughter went through recruitment twice at UGA and had tons of accolades and friends on the inside but was dropped both times and is not in a sorority. She has a daughter who is currently a PNM at the other USC.

Oh, so she's really super knowledgeable about Greek life, then. Thanks for the clarification.

			The other USC?
Look at the donations to SC for the last few years. Then check out the new schools. Maybe you should check the admitted students stats.
There is only one SC.

To you, perhaps. Both universities share the same letters, and there is no need to be disrespectful to the University of South Carolina.

I only said that so there would be no confusion that her daughter is going through recruitment at South Carolina not SoCal when using the USC abbreviation. Calm down.

Not to mention you're perfectly proving my point since I can't be sure what SC is meant to stand for in your post.

So sorry to be misunderstood. SC used to be known more commonly as USC in the past.
I had a damaged childhood as one of three Jane's in a classroom. Some years it was Jane 1, Jane 2, or Jane 3. But other years there would be one lucky Jane, and the others would suffer a year of using another J name selected by the teacher. Ugh.
