This is a for reals condition. I saw a doc about it on Discovery Health. Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder or something like that (Google it, I swear it's real lol.) It causes you to become aroused out of the middle of nowhere and remain aroused all day (to the point of throbbing pain/pressure down there.)
One lady said she ended up in the hospital because she couldn't "relieve" herself at work, so her "parts" just kept swelling until she couldn't even walk and had to call 911 (because of the pain/throbbing/pressure.)

Also, as that article points out, 47 times a day is ridiculous no matter the disorder. Such disorders exist, but someone who masturbated 47 times a day would be in the hospital for bleeding from the chafing. It would hurt like hell and the odds of orgasm, particularly for a female, would be severely decreased, which if it wasn't compulsion but a needed physiological release means the process becomes a bit pointless.
