^^^How about some kind of trademark infringement? They can get him on that kind of like how they got Capone on tax evasion. That would show him.

The only "crime" here would be a trademark infringement. I wonder if this Obama reference came before or after the woman called Limbaugh saying her child thinks Obama looks like Curios George. However, the point of a boycott usually isn't because a "crime" was commited. 
The problem is that the people who would boycott don't go to his bar, anyway, and the people who patron him see his ignorance everyday. I say stop advertising for this fool and just take this as a reminder of bigotry and stupidity (in case some idiots still need reminders).
