There's a poem that starts-"For there is no friend like a sister" It's pretty.

No, Rose Tea is when the MITs find out who their bigs are and start the rush process.

Um, In my chapter Rose tea ceremonys are like a way to losen up the tension in the chapter. We usually do it with the MITs right before initiation.

I thought pledging ceremony was when they found out who their bigs were...
