Maybe I just don't know it by this name, but I have no clue what we are talking about...

Is that the same thing as an info session/interest meeting?

Maybe it's like a "closed rush" kind of event.

No, Rose Tea is when the MITs find out who their bigs are and start the rush process.

Um, In my chapter Rose tea ceremonys are like a way to losen up the tension in the chapter. We usually do it with the MITs right before initiation.

I thought pledging ceremony was when they found out who their bigs were...

yeah we find out bigs during pledge... now I am confused...
