Does the term "dumber than a brick" strike a chord?

I heard some rumors on livejournal's OhNoTheyDidnt community that Britney was high on meth. I wouldn't be surprised.
JUSTIN, SAVE HER!!!

It was very good and nice of you to start this thread.
FYI, as per TOS of GC, copywrite laws, and fair use agreements this is how you should have posted this.

i actually thought about this when it was posted, like... "umm isnt this copyrighted?"
on the other hand, lots of stories are directly copy/posted onto GC (and other forums, blogs, etc). what exactly happens when someone incorrectly posts a copyrighted story? i mean, its not like the OP is saying she wrote the story. shes giving the credit where its due.

It's not a big deal for an individual case, but if the copyright holder wants to get sue-happy GC, and John, would be in a lot of trouble. Most of the time, nothing would happen, but all it takes is one. And some people post a lot more links than others...

True. However a search can pick it up here rather than owners site.
I do not claim to understand copywright laws and fair use but I do know enought (as I once or twice in the past did what OP did and was corrected myself ) just to post a tease of the story along with the link.
