does every chapter do initiation in the exact same way? i know the words are the same, but all of the other details? (just curious)

This weekend was my chapter's initiation as well. I went down to Roanoke for my sorority big sister's wedding shower then headed down to meet my new great great grandlittle on her initiation day.

Definitively yes! It is very important that every chapter follows the exact same process! That is part of what makes our national organization so special.

I'm going to slightly hijack this thread, but rather than start a new thread, I think this one is appropriate.

Anyway, the Ontario gamma chapter just initiated 4 wonderful ladies this saturday.
They are very enthusiastic and a lot of fun. I hope to see big things from them in the future.

I just wanted to share the good news.
