does every chapter do initiation in the exact same way? i know the words are the same, but all of the other details? (just curious)

This weekend was my chapter's initiation as well. I went down to Roanoke for my sorority big sister's wedding shower then headed down to meet my new great great grandlittle on her initiation day. :D

Definitively yes! It is very important that every chapter follows the exact same process! That is part of what makes our national organization so special. :D

I'm going to slightly hijack this thread, but rather than start a new thread, I think this one is appropriate.

Anyway, the Ontario gamma chapter just initiated 4 wonderful ladies this saturday.
They are very enthusiastic and a lot of fun. I hope to see big things from them in the future.

I just wanted to share the good news.

Michigan Alpha is initiating thirteen wonderful girls tonight. :) They are all so excited!
